Shipley Ruled Out
The Eagles will be without running back Will Shipley for Sunday's game against the Jaguars after he suffered a foot injury. Shipley had been dealing with the issue last week but did not appear on the practice report during the current week. He started the contest because Saquon Barkley and Tank Bigsby were already unavailable.
Game Developments
Shipley scored his first career touchdown before leaving late in the opening quarter. Dameon Pierce then handled the main running back duties, with Carson Steele providing support behind him. The team also ruled out defensive back Michael Carter II with an abdomen issue.
Additional Injuries
Edge defender Jalyx Hunt exited with ankle and knee problems, while guard Tyler Steen left due to a shoulder concern. Several players had already been ruled out before kickoff, including receivers DeVonta Smith and Hollywood Brown, edge Jonathan Greenard, center Drew Kendall and safety Marcus Epps.
