Knee Issue Limits Participation
New York Giants wide receiver Malik Nabers sat out Wednesday's practice because of soreness in his knee. He had left the session early and appeared to favor the leg while walking afterward. Nabers leads the team with 208 receiving yards this season after returning from prior knee surgery.
Recent Production and Recovery
In the most recent game Nabers caught six passes on seven targets for 112 yards and a touchdown. That performance came against the Arizona Cardinals and marked his strongest outing since the start of the year. He had not reached 100 yards in the first three games following his return to the field.
Additional Concerns and Outlook
The Giants already lost Braxton Berrios for the season to a foot injury and now face questions about defensive lineman Chauncey Golston and his recurring neck problem.
