Measuring Performance Over 39 Weeks
The ratings cover a span of 39 weeks across three seasons, including 18 weeks each in 2024 and 2025 plus three weeks so far in 2026. They combine consistency and start-worthiness by examining fantasy points from standard scoring formats. Start percentage reflects how often a player earned a lineup spot in points-per-reception leagues, calculated from starts divided by scheduled team games.
Key Metrics and Scoring Details
Consistency rating divides a player's weekly standard deviation by their points-per-game average, with lower values indicating greater reliability around that average. Additional columns track non-PPR start rates, points per game, star-level weeks, and stiff performances that rank among the weakest at the position. Individual defensive players use specialized scoring that assigns 1.5 points for solo tackles, 0.75 for assisted tackles, 2 for tackles for loss, 4 for sacks, 5 for interceptions, 4 for forced fumbles, 4 for fumble recoveries, 6 for touchdowns, 2 for safeties, and 1.5 for passes defended.
Eligibility and Benchmarks
A start requires a point total worthy of an active roster spot in standard leagues, while star weeks rank among the best at the position and stiff weeks rank among the worst. Players qualify for the charts with at least a 20 percent start rate in either scoring format, top-20 rankings at quarterback, tight end or kicker, top-50 at running back or wide receiver, or top-40 among defensive positions, or by averaging at least 50 snaps per game. All defense and special teams units are included regardless of minimum thresholds.
