New Signing at Kicker
The Rams are signing free agent kicker Brandon McManus. McManus worked out with the team along with Matt Prater.
Recent Position Changes
Grupe suffered a torn ACL during a Week 6 loss to the Arizona Cardinals. That appearance marked his first game with the Rams after he replaced Mevis, who had missed a 50-yard field goal attempt and seen a 48-yarder blocked in overtime during a Week 5 loss.
McManus Career Path
McManus most recently kicked for the Green Bay Packers after joining them in 2024. He converted 44 of 51 attempts over two seasons with the team, including six misses during the 2025 season. Earlier he spent nine seasons with the Denver Broncos and one with the Jacksonville Jaguars. He was not on a roster at the start of the 2024 season while under league review for possible personal conduct policy violations. The review concluded in September 2024 with no violation found, and he signed with the Packers three weeks later.
