Jackson Sidelined Again
The Ravens have ruled out their starting quarterback for Sunday's matchup in Cleveland. The decision marks the second straight game he will miss after spraining his left ankle during a win over the Tennessee Titans on Oct. 4. He sat out all three practices this week, leading the team to elevate its backup for the start against the division rival.
Huntley Steps In With Strong Recent Form
Tyler Huntley will make the start for the 4-1 Ravens, who lead the AFC North by one game. He has won his past three outings, including a 30-23 overtime victory against the Atlanta Falcons on a 1-yard sneak. Since the start of the 2025 season, Huntley leads qualifying starters with a 79.7 QBR and 77.8% completion rate. Baltimore has averaged 33.7 points per game in those three wins. In the team's first 15 games without its starter, the record stood at 4-11. Huntley has thrown four touchdowns and zero interceptions in the three most recent games without him, victories over the Bears, Rams and Falcons.
Additional Injuries Force Line Changes
The Ravens also ruled out center Cam Jurgens, who remains in concussion protocol after a trade with the Philadelphia Eagles on Oct. 7, and tight end Matthew Hibner. Rookie first-round pick Olaivavega Ioane, previously the starting right guard, will make his third straight start at center. The team expressed confidence in the offensive line group that will take the field.
