Thursday Matchup Setup
The Philadelphia 76ers intend to have their main rotation players available for Thursday's game against the Brooklyn Nets. The decision will let supporters see LeBron James in a Sixers uniform for the first time during the preseason. James, Joel Embiid and Tyrese Maxey sat out the opening exhibition on Monday, so this contest marks their expected return to the floor together with Jaylen Brown and VJ Edgecombe.
Coach's Rotation Goals
If everyone comes through practice without issue, the plan is to keep the group of James, Embiid, Maxey, Brown and Edgecombe on the court for most of the opening half.
Monday Exhibition Notes
Brown led the way in Monday's win over the New York Knicks by scoring 22 points in 17 minutes. Edgecombe added 12 points and seven assists across 20 minutes in the same contest.
