Browns open the slate in Alpha Dawg gear
Week 4 brings a heavy dose of alternate uniforms as the season moves into October. On Thursday Night Football, the Cleveland Browns face the Pittsburgh Steelers in their Alpha Dawg combination. The club unveiled the all-brown package in July 2025 along with a new alternate brown helmet. Those threads first appeared last season and marked the first brown helmet in franchise history. Orange numbers sit on the front, back, and shoulders, and an orange stripe runs along the helmet.
Giants legacy look and other weekend combinations
In the throwback lane, the New York Giants will wear their legacy uniforms against the Arizona Cardinals. That design covered the club from 1980 to 1999 and returned in 2022 with the navy helmet. The Carolina Panthers will use an all-black look on Sunday Night Football against the Detroit Lions, a combination first shown in 2022. The Dallas Cowboys are set for navy blue alternates with silver pants versus the Houston Texans, a pairing they use only a handful of times each season. Houston answers with liberty white jerseys and deep steel blue pants, matching the uniform setup from the Texans’ first regular-season game as a franchise in 2002.
Saints and Falcons revisit a landmark night
On Monday, the New Orleans Saints and Atlanta Falcons will honor the 20th anniversary of the Saints’ return to the Superdome after Hurricane Katrina by wearing the same combinations from the memorable Monday Night Football meeting on Sept. 25, 2006. New Orleans will be in white jerseys and gold pants, while Atlanta wears red jerseys and white pants.
