Williams Steadies the Offense
The Bears never trailed but faced repeated threats to their advantage. A 21-yard completion to Rome Odunze on third-and-9 from the 10-yard line with 4:59 remaining extended a key drive. Cairo Santos then connected from 58 yards to seal the outcome. Williams completed 22 of 33 passes for 308 yards and two touchdowns, marking his second straight 300-yard game. The performance also gave him consecutive outings with 300 passing yards and no interceptions.
Burden Emerges as Top Option
Luther Burden III caught all four targets for 130 yards and one score. Each of his first-half receptions produced points, including a 24-yard touchdown. He added multiple 25-yard receptions in the opening quarter and finished with 250 yards after the catch on the season.
Defense and Turnovers Shape Outcome
Chicago recorded multiple sacks in each of its seven games, including two against Drake Maye. Maye finished 24 of 31 for 321 yards, two touchdowns, one interception, and added a rushing score on four carries for 26 yards. The interception was his third of the season on a pass to the end zone. The Patriots have 14 giveaways and a minus-7 turnover differential overall.
