Prescott Leads Offensive Charge
Dak Prescott threw three touchdown passes to help the Cowboys end a two-game losing streak with a 38-21 victory. The win improved their record to 3-4 and kept them alongside the 4-2-1 Giants in the division standings. Dallas also avoided what would have been a third straight defeat after starting the season 2-4.
Rushing Attack Stands Out
The Cowboys produced more than 200 rushing yards and 200 passing yards against the Eagles for the first time since 1983. Javonte Williams carried 25 times for a career-high 155 yards and scored the final touchdown on a 2-yard run with 2:21 remaining. Prescott threw two scores to CeeDee Lamb and one to George Pickens, marking his sixth three-touchdown game against Philadelphia.
Defense Holds Firm After Early Scores
The defense allowed touchdowns on the Eagles' first possession of each half yet limited further damage. DeMarvion Overshown intercepted Tanner McKee once, while Quinnen Williams and Donovan Ezeiruaku each recorded a sack. The Cowboys have not won consecutive games since a three-game streak late last season and will host the 2-5 Arizona Cardinals next.
