Charbonnet Still Sidelined
Seattle will be without running back Zach Charbonnet for the matchup with the Chiefs. The back is about eight months removed from left knee surgery and has been working his way back, but the team decided to keep him out after he practiced fully all three days this week. He had been limited on the previous eight injury reports once he started working with the team again. The plan is to build on this week of work and reassess ahead of the next game.
Chiefs Get Help on Line
Kansas City will welcome back right guard Anthony Bradford from a knee issue for the contest. The team is still managing multiple absences, including weakside linebacker Drake Thomas missing a second straight game with an ankle problem. Outside linebackers DeMarcus Lawrence and Uchenna Nwosu along with safety Nick Emmanwori are questionable with knee and hip issues, while quarterback Drew Lock and outside linebacker Connor O'Toole are also questionable. Linebacker Chazz Surratt is out with a calf injury.
Roster Adjustments
Seattle will rely on Emanuel Wilson, George Holani and Velus Jones Jr. at the top of the running back depth chart with Charbonnet unavailable and rookie Jadarian Price still on injured reserve after missing three games with a chest injury. The team signed wide receiver and special teamer Irv Charles off the practice squad and made a brief roster swap at cornerback by releasing then re-signing Trevon Diggs to that unit.
